Hitesh Mapara, founder of Mappy Resources, with over a decade of credible experience in the recruitment business/industry, has collaborated with brands to scout for talented resources across sectors globally. Known for the expertise in recruitment along with the credibility earned from the Business Partner, Clients and Candidates. With the vibrant and experienced team at Mappy Resources, together, we will strive and work consistently to add huge value to the domain of Talent Acquisition.

Kamlesh is a Partner at Mappy Global Resources, he has over 18 years of experience in advising Fortune 500 c-suite leaders across Asia-Pac and US markets and actively works with clients in TMT, GIC, offshores, start-up ecosystem and investor & VCs.

He is advising clients in attracting and recruiting senior level leaders in local and cross-border markets. He is involved in hiring c-suite executives, senior technology and digital change agents in emerging tech like data science, analytics, AI, blockchain, cloud, RPA, industrial automation, industry 4.0 etc.

Additionally, he has advised clients in technology led digital transformations in Automotive, Oil & Gas, Defense & Aerospace, Management Consulting, IT & ITES sector. In the past he has worked at senior levels with global marquee brands like The Wall Street Journal, Dow Jones, Deloitte, Tata DoCoMo, Vodafone, The Times of India Group to name a few. Kamlesh has also dabbled as an entrepreneurship by co-founding an award-winning company- Leo9 Studios which is present in Mumbai, US and UK.

Kamlesh holds master’s degree in marketing from prominent business school- NMIMS in Mumbai. He has co-authored several thought leaderships, research papers and articles in print and online media to create awareness in TMT, digital and emerging tech domain.

He is a volunteer with a global socio-charitable NGO Yogi Divine Society focused in creating positive impact and harmony in society.
